the room, a junior suite, had good view across turia park. it was nice, well appointed and cleaning staff were great. location is perfect being a short walk from main town centre and a doable walk to the beach.
check in experience was less friendly. i also approached the front desk to discuss trip and was told "not our job, call bookings".

The room was spacious (a real treat!). Free bottles of water were provided daily. I appreciated this touch. The location provided easy access to both the main city shops and the arts and sciences area. I found this very convenient for exploring.
i found it challenging to fully block out the sunlight with the curtains in my room. This made it difficult to sleep in a little later than i wanted.

The reception team responded quickly to pre-stay emails with efficiency. The staff proved cordial and helpful, notably enhancing the stay. Their assistance added value to my overall experience.

The room was super clean. This. Breakfast offered an excellent quality buffet (i liked their croissants). I found the location ideal, especially the short walk to the metro. The gym and pool access added value to my experience.
The breakfast buffet started a little late for early departures. I had to take a smaller, paid option.

The room included comfortable beds and quality linens for a restful sleep. A powerful shower was available in the bathroom, and a nespresso machine was in the room. The room's simple decoration and minimal design contributed to its spacious feel.
